Refrigerated compressed air dryers.
Air dryers, freeze dryers (refrigeration dryers, refrigerator dryers, dehumidifiers) are designed to remove excess moisture from compressed air.
In the heat exchanger, the air dryer cools the compressed air to +3 ℃ (ED series) or +7 ℃ (DD series) degrees, after which the condensed moisture is automatically drained through the condensate drain valve after a certain period of time.
The ED series refrigerator dryers provide a +3 C dew point, which corresponds to class 4 of the ISO 8573-1:2010 standard, while the DD series dryers provide a +7 C dew point, which corresponds to class 5 of the ISO 8573-1:2010 standard.
The ED series refrigeration type is designed for companies where the pipelines are not exposed to low temperatures. Non-flammable refrigerant R513A.
For efficient operation, the air dryer's suction temperature should not be higher than 35 ℃ (max. 55 ℃), the possible pressure range is from 3 to 16 bar.
