Standard compressed air filters OMI.
Compressed air filters are intended for cleaning compressed air from solid particles and oils. Filters must be selected according to the required throughput and the degree of purification of the compressed air. Air flow rate from 33 m³/h. up to 31000 m³/h.
Types of filters:
DF – ceramic filter designed for preliminary cleaning of compressed air, retains emulsion and solids over 25 µm in size. The validity period of the filter is approximately - 4,000 hours.
PF – filter designed for cleaning compressed air from solid particles and oil with a size over 1 µm. The amount of remaining oil is allowed no more than 0.1mg/m3. The expiration date of the filter is approximately - 3500 hours. The filter is used in the air dryer at the refrigerator-type outlet, before the pneumatic engine and pneumatic cylinder, before the absorption dryer.
HF - filter designed for cleaning compressed air from solid particles and oil with a size over 0.1 µm. The amount of remaining oil is allowed no more than 0.01mg/m3. The validity period of the filter is approximately - 3500 hours. The filter is installed before the powder coating equipment, before the precision equipment, for the protection of the control system.
CF – absorbent (carbon) filter designed to eliminate vapor and oil odors. The expiration date of the filter is approximately - 3500 hours. It is used in stomatology, pharmaceutical industry, photo laboratories. Filter CF must be installed after filter PF and HF.
Working pressure up to 16 bar.
